SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that pre-order items may have extended processing times. Any estimated shipping timeframe for pre-orders will be provided at the time of purchase. Delays may occur.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and are outside of our control.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional courier fees. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
