All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost/stolen packages.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

If your order qualifies, our team may issue a full refund after review.

If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or your item was damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Size Exchanges

If you need a size exchange, please reach out to us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return transit.

Final Sale Items

Personal items such as socks, underwear, beanies, and similar accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable or unclaimed packages.
